Interventional pain management or interventional pain medicine is a discipline of medicine that is devoted to the diagnosis and treatment of pain related disorders. These minimally invasive techniques are designed to treat pain and improve a patient’s overall quality of life. Some of the interventional pain management procedures we do here at PRCMD are epidurals, facet injections, joint injections, trigger points, radio frequency ablations and nerve blocks to name a few.
