IN GENERAL:
Let your problems be a teacher and re-frame your life. See yourself as healthy.
Refuse that which sickens or is toxic to your body such as: Smoking, excessive alcohol use, sugar laden products and high fat content foods.
Above all exercise regularly. Remember any exercise you do above what you are presently doing is a 100% increase. If you hurt to much to walk then go to an indoor swimming facility and swim!
Consciously strive not to employ positive thinking & kindness towards others.
